OUR TECHNIQUE
Dr. Dudley holds a Certified Advanced Proficiency in Torque Release Technique (TRT), the first chiropractic technique of the new millennium. TRT provides patients of all ages with the most gentle and reproducible chiropractic adjustments available. This technique is a blend of the best systems of analysis in chiropractic, born out of research. Studies published in a leading psychiatry journal showed significant success in reducing anxiety and depression levels and improving overall well-being with TRT adjustments.
In addition to TRT, Dr. Dudley is certified in the Webster Technique, a chiropractic analysis and technique specific to the sacrum. This technique involves gentle adjustments to the sacrum to improve pelvic balance and positioning, reducing tension in the surrounding muscles and ligaments.
For pregnant women, a balanced pelvis is crucial as it helps ensure the baby can get into the best possible position for birth and alleviates maternal discomfort. While the Webster Technique is often used with pregnant women, it is beneficial for anyone needing pelvic adjustments.

MEET THE DOCTOR
Dr. Chase Dudley grew up in Boise returned here with his family to settle and create a life after schooling. He met and married his wife Jenese while attending BYU-Idaho, and over the last 12 years their family has grown to include three precious daughters. Dr. Chase is passionate about his work as a chiropractor, and wants to use his knowledge and skills to bless everyone he comes in contact with. Their family is excited to put down roots in the Treasure Valley - they want to dig deep, grow and flourish here, and give back to the community every step of the way.
