MEMBERSHIP FAQs
Yes. All memberships (except Thrive and Regenerate) include a two-month commitment on your plan level to ensure you have enough time to see meaningful, consistent results. After your first two months, you’re welcome to change your membership plan.
*For the Thrive and Regenerate plans, you may adjust your plan after your first month if your needs change.
Example: Start on the Regenerate plan for one month, then move to Restore or Repair for the second month.
Yes. Once your 2-month commitment is complete, you can move up or down to any membership plan as needed. We want your membership to always match your goals and lifestyle. If you need more care in your first month, you can upgrade at any time.
Thrive and Regenerate plans can be changed after the 1st month.
If you need additional visits in a month, you can simply upgrade your membership level or purchase single visits at the standard rate. We’ll help you choose the most cost-effective option.
It depends on your goals and where your body is at. Some patients stay on the same plan long-term, while others move between plans as their needs change.
Lower-frequency plans like Foundation, Balance, Vibrant Life, and Relief or Repair often work well for maintenance and ongoing wellness.
Higher-support plans, such as Thrive and Regenerate, are typically used during more intensive phases of care. Most patients use these plans for 1–2 months, then transition to a lower-frequency plan as their body stabilizes and function improves.
We’ll help guide you and adjust your plan as your needs change.
Most people notice changes quickly, but true healing takes time.
About 85% of patients feel some improvement immediately after their first few sessions. This might include reduced pain, improved movement, or a general feeling of relief.
The remaining 15% experience changes more gradually, with improvement building over several sessions.
It’s important to understand that feeling better right away doesn’t mean the tissue is fully healed. SoftWave works by stimulating the body’s natural regenerative processes, which continue over time.
For most conditions, 8–12 weeks of consistent care is when we see real, lasting changes in tissue quality, circulation, and function. That’s why SoftWave is often recommended in phases rather than as a one-time treatment.
Every body heals differently, but consistency over time gives the best and most predictable results.
Maintenance isn’t required for everyone—but many patients choose it to protect their results and support long-term tissue health.
After completing an initial treatment phase, some people continue SoftWave as maintenance on the Relief or Repair plans, especially if they:
Have chronic or recurring issues
Stay very active
Want to stay ahead of inflammation and degeneration
Others choose a lighter approach. Research and clinical experience suggest that receiving SoftWave at least once every 90 days can help keep the regenerative and stem cell signaling active, supporting ongoing tissue repair and resilience.
There’s no single “right” schedule. We help you choose a maintenance plan based on:
Your condition
Your activity level
How your body responded to treatment
Your long-term health goals
The goal of maintenance is simple: preserve progress, reduce setbacks, and support the body’s natural ability to heal over time.
Absolutely. You can add SoftWave to your chiropractic membership at 15% off any SoftWave plan from Repair and up. You can also purchase a discounted package or full price individual sessions. We’ll help you choose the option that best supports your healing and long-term goals.
Example: Balance Plan ($89/month) + Repair SoftWave Plan ($135/month, normally $159/month) = $224/month This includes 2 chiropractic visits + 2 SoftWave visits each month.
This applies to family add-ons as well, but with the family add on pricing.
Balance Plan ($79/month) + Repair SoftWave Plan ($118/month, normally $139/month)= $197/month
This includes 2 chiropractic visits + 2 SoftWave visits each month.
Yes! Family members living in the same household can be added to your chiropractic membership at a discounted rate. Family add-ons are available on the Balance Plan and above and receive the same number of monthly visits as the primary member. Each family member is billed at the family add-on rate associated with your plan. This keeps care simple, affordable, and consistent for the whole household.
Yes. Family members can be added to your SoftWave membership at a discounted monthly rate. A family add-on may join your same SoftWave plan or any plan below it for a discounted rate. Each family add-on receives their own SoftWave visits each month, just like the primary member.
Example: If you are on the Restore Plan (4 visits/month), your family member can join the Restore Plan or choose the Repair Plan (2 visits/month) as their discounted family add-on option.
This gives each household member the flexibility to get the level of SoftWave care they personally need—while keeping monthly costs lower than purchasing a separate plan.
Each visit is designed to focus on up to two primary areas to ensure effective, unrushed care. Patients with more complex or multi-region needs may benefit from a higher-level membership that allows for expanded treatment capacity within the month.
Yes. Memberships can be paused up to 2 months at a time. Just let us know in advance and we’ll help you adjust your account.
No. Visits reset each month and do not roll over. This helps keep your care consistent so you continue to make progress rather than slipping backward.
Missed visits do not roll over, but you’re welcome to reschedule within the same month. Consistency is key, and we’ll do our best to help you stay on track.
Memberships are not tied to insurance. If you'd like to use your insurance benefits, we’ll review those options with you during your exam or report of findings. However, many patients choose a membership because it eliminates restrictions, avoids denials, keeps costs predictable, and is often more affordable than traditional insurance-based care.
Memberships are non-refundable. However, you may adjust your membership plan after your initial two-month commitment (or after the first month for Unlimited and Regenerate). Our goal is to make sure your plan always fits your needs, and we’re here to help you get the most out of your membership.
We accept debit and credit cards (HSA included), which are securely kept on file for automatic monthly billing.
After the initial two-month commitment, you may cancel at any time with written notice before your next billing date. There are no cancellation penalties.
No. There is no sign-up fee—the only cost in addition to the membership is the initial exam cost of $49.
No. There are no hidden fees. Your membership includes exactly what is listed for your chosen level, with transparent monthly pricing.
