We will take specialized motion (“stress”) X-rays to identify hidden ligament injuries or spinal instability—issues that are often missed in traditional exams.

Our goal isn’t just to chase pain, but to understand why your body isn’t healing or where it needs help, so we restore lasting function and relief.

How long does a new patient visit take?

Plan for about 45–60 minutes. This allows time for an in-depth consultation, exam, and imaging so we can gather all the information needed to determine if you qualify for care and what your specific plan should look like.

That depends on your case. Because we provide specific, corrective care, Dr. Dudley first studies your exam findings and X-rays to confirm exactly where and how to adjust safely. The majority of patients receive an initial adjustment on day one, while others return for a follow-up visit to review their results and care recommendations in detail and get their first adjustment. Every new patient coming in for SoftWave receives treatment that day.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing—something similar to what you’d wear for light activity. Avoid belts, bulky jewelry, or clothing with metal that could interfere with imaging.
